Platinum used cars None I purchased purchased Genesis 2009 had mechanics mechanical problems they lied on the Bank contract and they did not pay for my gap insurance.
I contacted them finance department charged on my ban charged on my bank contract for gap.. he will not contac the agenc and pay for m and pay for my gap gap don't know what to do Woodstock Georgia
I writing this to expose there shady dealing with consmers . They lie they dont folow thought with what they say they will do . I cheated me tryed to get away with out inspection of car which if ga, law . They charged me for gag ins, have never paided company can,t get any were will . Used car dealer , i comited fraud now what can i do .
