After emailing from another account inquiring about different possible custom figure and using my middle name, I recieved a response from Mr. Olinger. My return email notified Mr. Olinger that I had reported him to this site and bustathief.com and would take the matter further if necessary. This finally got the ball rolling and after about a week I did get the product I paid for. Mr. Olinger maintains that he replied to all emails that I sent and that he had computer issues. While hotmail accounts are known to screw up from time to time, I did other business during this time with the same account and had no issues. As for computer problems, I do know that that can certainly cripple online business dealings, however once the issue was resolved, logging onto Paypal to retrieve customer information should not have been a problem nor should responding or retrieveing an email address from another online email service (gmail in this case) as I sent many previoiusly mentioned emails to both his playaction account and gmail account. In the end I do not feel the figure was worth the trouble and it was not quite what was expected. As with any online transactions, exercise caution in dealing with this business.
