Leslie and any other customers who have had a bad experience with Playful Plush,
I am the previous owner of the company and we closed our doors due to a combination of the economy and major family issues, including a divorce. During this transition, the primary database was lost and we had no order information to use to either fulfill orders or refund. I personally sent out an email to the database I had left saying to let me know if you have any questions or problems with any recent orders and took care of everyone who responded. I feel very bad that anyone has had bad experiences as Playful Plush was my baby for 8 years and customer service was always paramount to us.
That said, it appears that you both have filed credit card disputes and have been refunded. If you are not fully refunded, please email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to help you to the best of my ability.
As a father myself, I definitely understand the frustration and had I known about you both earlier, I would have handled it promptly to your satisfaction.
