We started using pleasant gree grass in the fall of 2015 because we had some issues with crabgrass in both the front and back yard. We were using another grass company and still our yard was about 20% crabgrass. We atarted shopping around online and found Pleasant Green Grass, and we were impressed with the statement "Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied we will send someone out to fix the problem, no questions asked."
Of course we did not expect immediate results. Especially with the organic nature of the program we knew it would take years to see results. WHAT WE DID NOT EXPECT IS FOR THE CONDITION TO WORSEN DRAMATICALLY. After one year our crab grass grew to about 60% in both the front and back yard. Of course we took pictures and called the company. They said to "be pateint" and recommended an organic mulch for an extra 400$. We went ahead with this, and now two years later our front yard is about 75% crab grass and our back yard has somehow been stripped of most of the grass. (of course i have photos to show all of this and anyone is welcome to come to our house to see)
Its so bad that the homeowners association complained to us about our yard.
I called Scott and he said to be patient. He suggested adding a more expensive treatment. I was clearly not 100% satisfied yet no one came out "immediately"...i was only offered a more expensive treatment.
In an email I asked if he would be satisfied and he said no.
So in 2 years photos show that the condition of both our front and back yard have worsened. We have spent over $2000.00 on our yard during those two years.
I asked for a refund, and Scott said they do not give money back nor did he offer any free service.
Satisfaction guaranteed? This is a fraudulent, deceptive, and dishonest statement.
