I signed up for Plexus last January and began drinking the "Pink Drink" and taking the "Accelerator" immediately.  I kept waiting for signs of it working ... I continued to get monthly packages in the mail, and all of sudden I had way more then I needed.  It was easy to get a response when I asked that they skip a month of shipments, but when I decided I wanted to cancel my order, I could not get a confirmation.  Instead they kept sending the product an deducting money from my account.  I have now called, written and e-mailed numerous times and still, no response.  I don't know what to do or where to turn now to get them to cancel my "preferred" subscription.  HELP!

You can call your bank and request a new card.  The bank will send you a new card number and CRV so the next time this rip-off company tries to bill you it won't go through.  I'll bet they have someone available to talk to you then......I too got caught in this scam when a friend signed me up as a seller instead of just a consumer by mistake.  I was billed $134 and did receive some product.  The Probiotic gave me ugly diaharrea, and that pink drink was loaded with sugar, even though it was Stevia, it is still SUGAR.  Even after I FINALLY got the auto delivery stopped they had the nerve to try to bill me the Ambassador (seller) fee again this year.  I called my bank, changed my card and have not heard from them since, and have not been billed.  BUYER BEWARE!!
