Plimus is a payment processor, we are not the owners of the product nor do we guarantee a lifetime warranty. We dealt with the security of the online transaction and transfer of funds to the vendor you purchased from, hence our name on your bank statement.
If an item was purchased from a store that you were unhappy with using your visa credit card, visa would not hold themselves accountable for the transaction a year later. The company from which you purchased is the vendor who has sold the item and who are responsible for assisting.
Plimus offers a 30 day money back guarantee and in cases where there is no response we intervene up to 60 days to assure the customers satisfaction. We are not able to assist you since this transaction was made more than a year ago and the vendor whom you have purchased was paid for the item.
