Cox Communications is my primary Internet provider. They provide me with McAfee Security Suite, I was told by PlumChoice and McAfee that this virus had found a way through. McAfee recommended PlumChoice, I thought I had to pay for this service.

So I paid.

But when I still had problems going to secure sites and updating Microsoft Office, I became alarmed. I then Called Micrsoft and through them I found out That the infection was embedded and that whatever PlumChoice was suppose to have done, did not work or wasn't done at all.

This took up my whole day.

I tried to call PlumChoice back but immediately was put in hold que blaring music. I called Cox to complain. They were just starting to use this service and without my calling they would not know whether to continue with PlumChoice. McAfee was similarly busy with music and no voice informing me what was up. 

I called my bank. They told me I had to wait for the charges to post to my account and give as much detail with Case # from Microsoft. I even emailed PlumChoice to warn them That I would be disputing charges and forwarded the email from Microsoft showing what they did.

Now I wait.
