Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Like many other families i hear about an audition for the Pacific Modeling & Acting Agency over the radio station. My daughter really wanted to attend so we went this was aroung 2/16/2008. They said she was great and that someone would contact us to let us know if she would be accepted into their program. Well she was. They set up an appt. for 2/18/2008 and told us the best program would be the annual only because she would get to attend monthly classes, workshops and they would be bringing in talent scouts to view our children. This I thought would be a great experience for my daughter plus they would be able to set her up with the right people. They said if I wasn't interested they would then call the next child in line. She did attend 3 classes.

I had also paid $5900 for her classes plus $495 deposit for her modeling pictures that I never received. I then called the photographer and he said that they bought the rights to all the pictures that he took so they have the negatives. I wonder what they did or our doing with all of our children's pictures? Very scary and to think what did they do with all of our money?

I tried calling all of the contact numbers that I had and each and everyone's mail box was either full or had a different name attached to the phone number.

I really hope that we can file a class action law suit having enough people involved and get some kind of justice. They should be punished for what they have done and we need to stop them so this does not happen again in the future.

Thank you.

I found out last week from another parent who had called me saying they this company filed bankruptcy and not to attend class that weekend. I was not notified until a week later. My daughter did attend 3 classes. I had also paid $5,900 for her classes plus $495 deposit for her modeling pictures that I never received.
