PNP LOGISTICS Paul Gupta Trucker denies damage to car West hills California
My 1965 corvette was picked up from a private home in Arizona with no damage ( reported on the bill of laden ) when it was delivered to my home in NY there was damaged to the hood (according to the bill of laden ) & the trucker denies doing it. When they arrived in NY car wouldn't start battery was dead ,driver left the key on, driver tried to open the hood but couldn't because he broke the hood release cable. He damaged the hood when he was prying & forcing the hood open . He denied everything . Driver said he picked up the car at a repair shop & the mechanic told him to be careful with the hood, it will hit the carburetor stud. Then why close the hood? All lies the car was picked up at a private house . No repair shop, no mechanic. All lies! Claim was denied by the insurance company, they believe the trucker (liar)
