Polaris of Gainesville Liars, Poor customer service, Glad it at least floats Alachua Florida
No customer service. They lie to buyer's and then pull the as is on you after the lie's to get you to buy. My suggestion is for service after the sale go find somewhere else to buy. They are worse then a used car lot!
People behind the scenes in the customer service jobs have NO customer service skills and defensive to the needs of there customers. I will never darken there door again and We will not tell anyone to go there. Sad you lost me and my family as a future customer for what? greed!
Update 12/28/2016 Because We have a boat that is unusable for what We bought it for it is unsafe to take my children on. It is sad how bad they lied to me selling us this Boat they lied about it being very well inspected and ready to use a Good reliable used boat with low hours and well maintained I quote". LMAO!
* I have had months of horror with the boat because the engine is probably not low Hours and for sure not reliable! My family has less then 6 hours on the water since we bought it and it has been back 5 times and worse now then when we brought it back this very last time and for the last time except to return it will be my final faze with them. to put the nail in the coffin The Gm called my wife today with a we want to make the Wagner family Happy. What a crock trying to put me in another used Boat for a couple bucks less then We can buy a new 1 for. Used also means depreciation! not $100 off the new price! The only thing we did stupid was letting them sell us this boat. I will never be as stupid again to go back there and would advise anyone reading this to not do business there. It is sad we have had No customer service after 8 months of dealing with our Lemon. we are getting serious with them on how they sold a bill of Goods and improperly repaired it They sold us Junk and they clearly have no remorse for there actions. We have reached our end with this boat and them!
