Pollux GrundBau Pollux GrundBau are thieves. This company does not exist and is an elaborate con Singapore
Pollux GrundBau does not exist. This is an elaborate, well funded, patient scam centered most likely in Singapore. They will post fake jobs on Indeed for Project Manager. After they hire you they will spend up to 2 weeks building your confidence up by having you take web-based job training and grading your submissions.
Then comes the hook:
They will ask youo to procure office equipment for their new location you will be working at
They will overnight you a forged cashier's check for $10,000
They will ask you to deposit it immediately and ask the teller when the funds will be vaialable for withdraw
(Most banks, the funds will be available the next day for withdraw, assuming your account history is in good standing, even though the check won't officially clear for another day or 2)
They will call you the next day after your deposit and tell you someone at the HQ has already purchased office equipment and they did not know about it, so they will insist you withdraw the stolen money and Western Union it to them. They will offer to allow you to deduct the fee for the wire from the stolen cash. (Very nice of them)
Then in a day or so, when the s**t hits the fan at the bank, your a*s is grass if you can't cover the check. And there is no $100,000/yr job waiting for you either!
