Do NOT conduct business with POLY PAK Plastics. if you are searching for custom bag companies like I did, stay far, far away from POLY PAK PLASTICS and their owner Heather Steiger. Our company trusted and invested approximately $12,000 to order custom bags from them. To get the job, their salesperson "Tabitha Hanson" promised us the world until she received our checks. The order was late, Heather was not very knowledgeable and her boss Heather Steiger turned out to be a rip off artist providing us bags that were defective because of her own company mistakes throughout the creation of the bags.
At no time was POLY PAK PLASTICS willing to fix the problem to keep us as a customer and at no time was POLY PAK PLASTICS looking to keep us as a future customer. "Greed" was the problem with the owner and "Lack of the simple bag knowledge" was the problem of Tabitha Hanson.
After POLY PAK PLASTICS did not offer us a credit or refund for defective bags due to their own creation, we will tell as many people as possible when they are thinking of ordering custom plastic bags for their business product.
