Pool Tables Direct - Ultimate Game Room Buyers Beware of this website!! Monument Colorado
We ordered a "custom" pool table in July 2008. We were told it would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. In October we were told it would be delivered in November. (no real reason for delay given) In December we received a call from a delivery company saying our table was ready for delivery. We set up a date and time for delivery. My husband took time off work to be home for the delivery. No one ever showed up or even called.
That was Dec 5, 2008. We have not heard from anyone since. We have made numerous attempts to contact Pool Tables Direct by phone and e-mail and left several messages with no response from them. We used financing arranged by them. We have disputed the charge with the finance company in that we never received the product.
I researched the Pool Tables Direct prior to making a purchase. They are newly listed with the BBB so no complaints are listed. I recently found a complaint on this website but that is the first. (other than someone complaining about the wood color..... at least he got a table!!)
I have filed complaints with everyone I can to warn others before they hand over money to this company.
