PoolTablesDirect.com ,Ultimate Game Room Company Pool Tales Direct and Ulimate Game Room Company are rip off artists!!! Monument Nationwide
I placed an order for a pool table on the pooltablesdirect.com website several months ago. Now I can't get a hold of anyone, not by phone nor by email. It seems like their website is still operating but no one is there to answer your calls or answer your emails.
I am now taking legal action against the company, and my lawyer suggest I put in a report to the Nevada Consumer Affairs, which I did. I suggest everyone do the same, the more reports both to the NCA and the BBB the better chances we will get our money back or if we are lucky, what we ordered.

I can't believe they are still in business!!! My next call is to the FBI internet fraud department.
