I ordered a 28' round leaf cover for my pool August 20. 2007. I received the item more than a month later only to be sent the wrong size, a 24' round leaf cover. My requests for an RGA to return the item were igmored until I sent a third email threatening legal action and finally got a response. The response was one saying that they "cannot find me in the system but thanks for the rediculous threats"!

I have researched this complaint thoroughly and here is what I found: There is a Lori in Mt Pleasant, PA in our system. From the information in your posting, I am pretty sure this is you as we have no other person with that First Name and initial in Mt Pleasant, PA. Here are the facts: On 08/20/07, you ordered a 24' Round Leaf Net and an Aquador Widemouth Skimmer Face Plate. These items were shipped to you the same day via FedEx. The tracking number is: 073967570588627. Tracking information on fedex.com clearly shows that these items were delivered to you 2 days later. Your claim that it was sent a month later cannot be true. Every time a customer places an order, they receive an order confirmation from us via email. There is no record at all of you telling us that any item on the order is wrong. The order clearly says 24' Round Leaf Net. It is a very simple matter to change it to a 28' and we would not give you a hassle with that - ever. As a matter of fact, our records show that we processed a return for the Leaf Net on 12/20/07. How can you claim that we couldn't find you in our system if you were able to send a return? Prospective customers have told us that they will not buy from us because of this posting. That is not a laughing matter and is cause for legal action. I don't know the procedure for having something like this removed but I would suggest that you find out and rectify this ASAP.

If you ordered something from us and it was delayed, we understand that it can be frustrating. Sometimes things are on back-order for a while due to manufacturing delays and things like that. If what you received is the incorrect item, it should be replaced with the right item right away. There is another company out there called Pool Zone and we often receive calls from their customers with complaints and when we cannot find the customer in our records, they realize that they are calling the wrong company. This may or may not be the case here. If you call us toll-free @ 1 877 787 7233 and ask for me personally, Aaron, I will make sure that if you are indeed our customer, that everything is taken care of.
