PopJulia Dress Fell Apart at the Seams

I washed the dress one time.
Both seams under both armpits popped open.
THAT is why the company is named POP Julia. Because the seams POP open.
And the seams cannot be sewn up! The material was never serged correctly, so during the wash, the popped-open seam became all frayed. There is not enough material to sew it back together.
I contacted PopJulia and they told me that they would NOT return my money because 15 days had passed.
IMHO PopJulia is a total rip-off.
