Signed up for the free week Premiun trial, but cancelled a couple of days later. Cancellation was done on their website, not by e-mail. I received no e-mail confirmation of the cancellation. Did not use the site thereafter. Subsequently, they charged my account $9.99 for a monthly charge. When I discovered the charge I called. They then told me they would cancel the subscription and send a confirmation by e-mail, which never arrived either. I was told, while on the phone, that an cancellation confirmation email would be sent but that it might take a while to arrive. That email, too, never materialized. I was also told they would not refund my $9.99 unless I could produce a cancellation confirmation e-mail, which, of course, I have no record of receiving. Checked inbox, archives, and spam box, as well as the message inbox on the Pornhub website, which was completely empty of any messages whatsoever. After reading a series of similar ripoff complaints, as well as complaints that they still charge even after telephone cancellation, I called again to demand an email. This one arrived in seconds. The idea that you don't get your subscription charges refunded unless you can produce an email that clearly was never sent or received is preposterous, especially when they just ignore any attempts to cancel. With no email trail to speak of, they can just continue to perpetrate fraud until you demand a cancellation email on the spot during the call to their billing support.
