I signed up for their $1 one day trial and cancelled the same day. My credit card was charged $26! I called the number provided. I asked why I was charged the extra $25 and was told that I had reactivated my "old" account that I never had. I was told they were just a billing service and could not issue a refund. She also told me she is not allowed to give me any of their client's contact information.
