Port St.Lucie Motors PLS Motors I put down $1850.00 toward a 1971 impala from Charlie and Sandra Friedson of Port St.Lucie motors. I never receiced the car or the money. decatur, Georgia

On February 2, 2009 I saw a listing on Craigslist for this 1971 Impala Convertible. The car was listed at 2500.00. So i called the number that was listed which is 772-905-3546, Charlie Friedson answered the phone and the negotiation begin. I ask Charlie if i could give him 1600.00 as a down payment and he agreed. No problem, at least that's what I thought at the time.
So I wired Charlie the money using my crdit card, he mailed me the invoice because I live in Atlanta, Ga. All the time i'm thinking it's a legitimate business until I start calling Charlie and Sandra to make the final payment on the car. I kept calling and calling but there was no answer from either. I lost my job in May 2009, I finally got a hold of Sandra and I told her that I have been trying to get a hold off them to make final payment and that I had lost my job, so Sandra and Charlie both agreed to lower the price to 2300.00, but again, I continuesly tried to get a hold of them to make the payment and arrange for the car to be shipped to me. The last time I talked to either of them was in July and that was the last time. I've tried emailing, no answer! They have 1850.00 of my money, they have the car and from what I now know Charlie have moved from 871 SW So. Macedo Blvd Port St.Lucie, Fl 34983 to 4175 SW Martin Highway Palm City, Fl 34990 and have been arrested numerous of times dealing cars without a dealer license, fraud, and grand thief.
Now he has my money and he have no attention of giving it back. I have made a complaint with the Police Department and Division of Motor Vehicles to help resloved this matter. Anyone that has information or can help me with this please contact me at (((phone number redacted))) or email me @ (((email redacted))).
I'm not the only one he's ripping off, you could be next.
