Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was a customer of Posh Pigs.  I found out from others who had purchased pigs from Posh Pigs that Angela Logue aka Posh Pigs is selling pigs that she did not raise.  I asked Angela many times if I was going to get a pig that she personally raised and she repeatedly told me yes.  I found out there was a USDA report on her for sick pigs.  I found out the name of the real breeder of Posh Pigs was not Angela but is another lady who resides in Florida.  I called that lady and she confirmed that she did indeed sell pigs to Angela aka Posh Pigs to resell and that Angela did not in fact raise her own pigs to sell.  I confronted Angela again and once again she lied to me.  I found out that Angela has had problems in the dog business too and I was told by the breeder in Florida that she was blackballed in the dog business and that was why she brokered pigs.

I also found out that Glitzy the pig was not raised by Angela and that the parents that are shown on Angela's Posh Pig site are not really Glitzy's parents and in fact the mother pig shown on her website, Ellie, is actually at a farm in Orange Park Florida and does not belong to Angela, is not the mother of Glitzy, and is not even at Angela's house.  The father shown on her web page, Hamlet, is not the actual father of Glitzy but is at her house.  The sister shown on her web page is not the sister to Glitzy.  Angela also told me that Glitzy was going to be a father when the breeder acknowledged that Glitzy was neutered BEFORE he went on the Honey Boo Boo show.

When I got my pig he was very sick with Staph and Yeast Infections on his skin.  Angela had his litter mate shipped a few days after my pig was shipped from Florida and I am aware that that pig was also infected with some type of skin condition.  I have the text messages from Angela to the breeder in Florida that show Angela aka Posh Pigs was aware the pig was sick.  When I tried to get help with my pig I was harassed by Angela of Posh Pigs and she made threats to sue me.

Angela has a history of shipping sick pigs to customers.  Many customers are complaining about her pigs either being bigger than she represented them or being sick.  Not just skin conditions but also lung conditions and there are reports of malnourishment of the pigs to keep them small.  One other report was also that she shipped a pig with mange mites.  I spoke to Angela's vet and he acknowledged to me that he does not see any animals that belong to Angela until they need a health certificate to be shipped to a customer or to be fixed before she ships them.  He acknowledged that she does not bring the pigs in for care to him and that she does the same with her dogs she sells.

She is using Glitzy the pig to lure people to her website.  Glitzy is a scam and a fraud since that pig was not raised by her nor does she have the parents of Glitzy.  She is a very mean and spiteful person when you confront her and will lie and tell more lies to cover the lies she tells.

I have plenty of emails, text messages, and reports from others as well as vets to back up what I am stating here.  I decided to report this because it is not fair to others to be scammed by her.

Changes Made To Web Site Since My Report

#3Author of original report

Thu, March 07, 2013

Since my initial report on Posh Pigs.net it seems they are making only slight changes to their web site.  She has removed the fake mother to Glitzy off the slide show on Glitzy's page, although that pig is still shown on her website.  If  you want to see the original lie she had posted please contact me and I'll give you the screen shots before the changes were made to the web page.  She still has Hamlet listed as the father, which he is not the biological father to Glitzy.  If you want to see the evidence I have where the real breeder of Glitzy admits who the real father and mother to Glitzy is, please let me know and I will gladly provide the evidence.  I have all conversations and text messages.

She seems very busy sending out emails to other breeders stating she has an attorney and will sue.  I have those emails if anyone is interested in seeing them.  I say bring it on Angela if you want what I have to be public knowledge in a court of law.  I welcome it.  You will only hurt yourself.  There is a reporter out of Angela's local viewing area that is investigating at the moment.  Hopefully a story will be run soon to expose the SCAM.

Angela herself told me that TLC is a pain in the butt to her and she wishes she had never cashed the large paycheck they gave her to keep Glitzy.  She says she is under their thumb.  But she told the breeder of Glitzy that she was not paid any money for Glitzy.  So one of these stories can't be the truth.  Maybe neither.  Wonder what TLC would think about the Glitzy SCAM?  Wonder what People magazine would think?  Wonder what Anderson Cooper and Nancy Grace would think?  I'll give them a call to see.

It seems that Angela Logue is not trying too hard to cover her tracks too much.  I'll keep an eye on her and keep everyone posted.

In the mean time Buyers BEWARE!!!!!
