Contracted for a two-day household furnishings sale prior to moving out of state; they conducted only a one-day sale leaving many, many items unsold. They were unable to adequately account, (nor pay me for) numerous items that were removed from the property during the sale.
There were also numerous items of which I verified the selling price with them that did not appear on their final listing of items sold and remittance of sale proceeds such a men's Seiko watch, oriental rug, etc.
They brought in numerous household furnishings, clothing and accessories belonging to others (often similar to what I wished to sell) that were more favorably displayed and impeded the liquidation of my items. All of my possessions were not priced prior to the sale as they had contracted to do. They failed to provide adequate supervision of the premises and items for sale by only having four people present to sell and safeguard possessions in my home in which there were fourteen different areas of items displayed for sale.
Some prices were unfairly reduced for their friends and family members, i.e. mattress and box springs set tagged at $125 and sold to daughter for $10.
Also, items selected by their family members were allowed to be removed from the premises without payment. They did not provide coverings for the carpeting as promised, which resulted in the need for an additional professional carpet cleaning after the sale.

This is a false report. Better business bureau refused to accept his complaints after knowing the history of the business. This website is a false and inaccurate source of information. Anybody can access this site and report their biased opinions. After 25 years and still going, this business has never had a single complaint. Thank you.
