Post Media Network XP Medic ripoff purchased program but program freezes Cannot get refund! Chesterbrook Pennsylvania
I downloaded XP Medic, a registry repair program, specifically designed to work with Windows XP. I purchased it via PayPal. After installing the program, it would not run. Instead it would "freeze," making it useless. I got no reply from there so-called 24/7 "tech support," so I opened a dispute with PayPal. Through PayPal, they [Post Media Network] offered some help, but none of their methods fixed the problem. Unfortunately, PayPal closed the dispute before I could file a claim for a refund. Ever since, I have had no luck contacting anyone from support at XP Medic (or Post Media Network).
Thinking the problem was on my end, I wiped out my hard drive and reinstalled my operating system "clean." After installing ALL the Microsoft updates, I tried running XP Medic again, and it still froze!
It's not a lot of money, but I'm out $34.95, which is irritating to say the least. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Don't buy XP Medic!
