So it got my attention on line.  Liked the guarantee. Ordered it and received a confirmation email.

"Hello NATALIA, Congratulations on ordering your free trial of Postcard Profits. I think you're gonna be very happy you did. Make sure to add my email address to your contact list so you get all the updates. Your confirmation number is: 15831 You should receive your order in 7-10 days. Thanks again!Luke Jaten (The Postcard Guy) P.S. I can't wait to hear your Postcard Profits success story."

Received the package and it was just a bunch of cheaply put together Cd's.  I listen to them.  Had several questions.  So I emailed the above given email and after a week of sending emails every day, never received an answer.  No customer service number not address or instructions to return the Cd's.

I found a number for the company by searching. Called left messages.  Now over three weeks later still no answer from the voice mail or email messages.   Don't know where else to turn for help.  I have never been ripped off like this.

Has anyone else had problems returning the product?

I ordered these Cds inspite of what I had read online.  I was intrigued by the information that this guy (Luke Jaten) put out on different sites about this business oppty.  I did understand and he made it clear that it would require more money to launch this - but I also felt good that he was upfront about it.

After listening to about five cds I realized that the time and financial investment was going to be more than I had.  By the time I had returned them I had already been charged one payment of 59.99.  That amount was returned to my account within a few days of my return of the cds.  Im not sure why that isnt working for everyone else, but I will say that I was impressed with the postcard concept and have no doubt that with the right product and guidance it is the way to sell almost anything if you know your target market.  I must also say that I feel smarter about marketing after only listening to five cds..  This is definitely not a get rich quick scam.  It will take some effort and time. In the right hands this will bring money to people.

Hi,

I was also sucked in by this interesting offer.  I ordered this on Sunday 9-27-09.  I have found a customer service number of 800-870-0515.  I called them today to ask about the investment required to send out these "projects."  The lady that helped me didn't know any details and said the company has asked them to direct any comsumer questions to the videos and CD's.  I told her I needed to speak to a real person and she said there was nobody there that could answer my questions.  I told her to cancel my order.  This is where it gets interesting.

The lady told me I will still need to return the product or I will get charged $59.95 times 5.  I told her I will just refuse the package from the mailman so it will get returned without any cost to me.  She told me it will not get processed as a cancellation unless I return it to them.  She told me I need to put the RMA# on the outside of the package and ship it to this address.  By the way, your RMA# is your original order number.  She also said the package needs to be returned to them and they need to receive it before the 30 day trial period ends.  So be very quick about getting this thing returned!!!!

RMA# (Put your original order # here.  Mine was 5 digits)

Please know that you need to call them first before you send the package back to them so they can cancel it in their system as well.

I hope this information is helpful to others.  I really wish there were better laws put in place for things like this.  If a business venture takes an investment to get going, they need to say this UPFRONT!  That way we don't have to get sucked into something we can't afford and have to jump through hoops to get it undone!

Best wishes and blessings to all,

a refund finally

Ok so after reserching on line I found the customer service number and a different email for customer service.  Oh yeah what customer service. Emails are never answered.  Phone number is just a voice mail.

Well finally I sent everything back to the place that was on my invoice and received a refund for the product.  The shipping was never returned as he claims he would.

I guess I need to settle for this.  It was a big hassle of calling and reserching and emailing until I finally received a refund for the products.

I'll take the shipping as a loss. Just another broken promisse from the post card proffits system.

I just ordered the course yesterday, and almost immediately received two emails, one with return instructions from Next Trend Media. Reply here if you can't find it and will see if ROR will allow me to post it.
