We took our vehicle in to have the winter tires installed. When the job was completed we headed to cochrane, AB for an appointment out on Highway 1 (major snow storm) I noticed the front of the vehicle was wobbling so I pulled over and checked the tires. I found the right front tire was not completely sealed onto the bead of the rim. It looked like it was about to fail! A collegue helped me pump air in and re seat the tire on the rim. I emailed Prairie lube and told them my concerns. I asked them to re balance the tire and requested a refund. The operations manager called back and offered a $50 gift card. The total bill was $183.74. I asked again for a full refund and he refused stating it was against company policy. He called me back again the next day offering a larger gift card but still refused to refund my money! my family could have been killled and all it is worth to them is some cheap gift card? I have since taken to social media in all forms possible to tell my story but the company still wont refund my money!
