On Oct. 10th I ordered a trial amount of a pill and was asked to only pay shipping. When the product arrived and all the materials were read, I realized I could not take this product because it had to much caffeine in it, and I'm an allergic to that. I disposed of the product.
Now - on Nov. 2nd, my credit card was charged $69.95 without any authorization from me. I called the number listed on my credit report and talked with "Phoebe" and she explained that I had a 14 free trial offer, and when I did not call after my 14 day trial, I was being charged for the full amount of the trial product. I explained to her what I wrote above and asked to have the above amount refunded to my credit card. After many interruptions when informed me that their policy was that I had waited to long and they could not reimburse me.
I did ask her to make sure this account was closed that that I would not get any further charges. I still think they need to reimburse me for this $69.95 amount. Can you help?
