I received a VM from a Michael Donohue of Pre Trial Intervention. He gave this number. The message said this is Michael Donahue with pre-trial intervention. He said I had a pending case in his office that demands my immediate attention. He said he need to speak with me or my attorney of record today. His number is 210-762-6590. If he does not hear form either me or my attorney he will document that I avoid my right to counsel and submit my case. Then he said...govern yourself accordingly. I dialed *69 and it gave the number 205-328-3288. I called that number and went to the voice mail of Perry Stevens of American Helping Hands. I then called the original number and spoke with a lady from Litigation Services. Said she had an affidavit uploaded to her office. blah blah blah felony charges, blah bah blah My Cash Now. Checked internet for My Cash Now and found many scam reports. I have had these calls before and have even reported them to FBI Cyber Crimes, My states attorney and local and county sheriff. All have told me these are scams and to not deal with them.

I got a similar call several months ago from a group that claimed to be Pre Trial Intervention Group or something like that. I was told that a judgment had been issued against me for not paying some loan. The guy’s English was very poor and he told if I did not pay the same day a warrant would be issued and the sheriff of Alabama would come to my work and arrest me. The first thing I asked him was “Who is the sheriff of Alabama” because there is no such position.  I also told him that I have never had a pay day loan and that if there was really a judgment against me then I would have been notified via proper channels.

I really did not think anything of it until I got a voicemail yesterday from a guy named Jonathan Baker. He basically said the same thing as the guy a few months ago. I decided to research the company and found this page. What is really weird and concerning to me is the name that has been posted, “Michael Donahue.” My name is Michael Donahue. I am going to contact the AG’s office for my state on Monday and provide them with a copies of these reports.

I also received a message from this name.   About 3 years ago, I was a victim of a scam in which these guys needed me to pay immediately or the sheriff was coming to my house. Mind you, I didn't even know what I owed and to whom. It turned out that I spoke with a member of the f.b.i. and he informed me this was a scam in which 4000 people were scammed money from their bank accounts. It turns out, a group from India stole records from payday loan companies and said they were calling from us.  A phone number doesn't mean they are in arizons, anyone can access an Internet line and make it look as if they are on u.s. soil.  I believe this is likely the same group of crooks!    Michael Donahue is a made up name I believe.
