I have dealt with the Hyundai dealership now for the last three monthes; and ever since we resolved our communication misunderstanding; I have found them to be nothing less than professional and terrific in my dealings with them. They run a first class operation, and show a real willingness to care and work with the customer. ALL the staff are friendly and outgoing, and don't rush the customer in anyway. I also found, that the product knowlage of all the salesman including my salesman Mr. Mike Phan to be very knowlagable, and polite!!! They are a team that seems to be committed to doing things right. Sometimes; in any business, there can be a breakdown in communication, but; their team is aimed and oriented towards solving issues, and going the extra mile.
I have purchased many cars over the years; and found this experience to be easier conducted, less haggleing, less confusing, and better managed than most of my, many previous experiences. '"Thank you, PRECISION" ...and keep up the good work. Glen Kyle

I have read Glen's complaint and as much as we at Precision Hyundai like to ensure our customers have an outstanding buying experience each time they visit us, sometimes we don't always get it right. I believe this circumstance is attributable to a breakdown in communication between Glen and our team. I invite Glen to contact me so we can discuss these issues and correct any and all missunderstandings.
I wish to state clearly that any approprate Precision Hyundai employee that engages with the public must be licensed in accordance with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council standards which would eliminate any persons with a criminal record. I'm proud to say all such employees at Precision Hyundai meet the AMVIC standards.
