PRECISION TUNE DISHONEST AUTO REPAIRS tipoff CAYCE South Carolina
I had a bad experience with this location especially with the manager there. His name is Keith. Took our car for front brakes repair and had to return the car the second time cause the brakes were even worse. They take a whole day just to look at my car and I was the first person at the door at 8am. By the time the go to my car It was 5pm time for them to close and they told me that it was the back rotars and I have to pay $60 dollars for it.
First of all they did not let me know that they found out that it was not the front brakes and that they may need to check the back. They just went ahead and opened the back and put it back together in 5min and gave me the car. The car had not brakes at all!
I used my emergency hand brake to stop the car. Brought back the car and they said that it would be ready by Sat. Sat came and we offerred to pay for the back rotars to be turned and they car was still not ready. The manager Keith gave this execuse that they were s****..
