Predictomobile scammed,ripped me off Fort Lee New Jersey
i'm furious at being ripped off by predictomobile! i phoned them twice to report this ripoff and ask for the 9.99 charge to be removed from my bill which the woman with the heavy accent refused to do. tonight, after i helped my son access a teen chat website, he was unable to view his mail unless he clicked onto a game. i looked it over, and after seeing nothing regarding charges of any kind (this was a free sight), i clicked onto the game, so that he could receive his mail .
the game requested my phone number and gave me a code. as soon as i typed in the code, my phone received the game question in the form of a text. i immediately received a second and third text. the second text, informing me of the 9.99 charge. i immediately phoned the number to find i had indeed been charged 9.99 for the game question they had just sent me!!! i never even responded to the game question. i''m furious with this scam! how many hundreds of teens are unknowingly racking up huge charges for their parents without ever knowing it? this definately should be illegal, and i very verbally expressed that to the woman at predictomobile.
