I have sent this complaint letter to mananagment of Premier Cancun Vacations, after a terrible service. DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUY
"It was a miserable experience buying a supposedly great package. I was involved in a few conversations with a sale agents with disappointing results.
During our first discussion, which I though had gone great, she had DECEIVED me to buy the service. The second discussion was very disappointing, disrespectful and discouraging, where I have learned that the information given for the service I bought wasnt exactly disclosed clearly and distorted to me. The attitude of the agent was insufficient and insulting to me.
Sale day: When I first talk to the Agent, Vanessa, she seemed to be very enthusiastic to use my current situation to make the package appealing to me. Obviously, the interest was for her to close a sale. Vanessa missed to disclosed important information that she clearly knew was the most important for the client at the time of purchase.
I undoubtedly made Vanessa aware of my situation when discussing the package:
She was aware I didnt have the FULL AMOUNT of the package at time of purchase. Plus I am planning a Birth Day gateway for my Girlfriend in about a month (the middle of April).
Her solution: FINANCING. Now I could use the service for the Birth Day. She offered me financing for more than 3 MONTHS, so that day I can afford the package offered and use it to take my GF for her trip in 1 1/2 months. I advise her the days we were planning to travel, and she had suggested to book as soon as possible since usually there is a time period of 45 days for booking. After hearing this solution, it was clearly she implied that I could take our trip while it was being financed.
Her excitement to close this deal, evidently cause her to lie. I ask her if I could pay some or the reminder of the total once I was in Cancun, and she said yes. Undoubtedly, the implied message continued to be very clear, I could take my trip before FULL PAYMENT.
She clearly made the sell, It was explicitly clear the package was very interesting based on my current situation.
Next Calls: Our next call (5 days later) I had my Girlfriend on the phone whom I plan to travel and to whom I planed to give the freedom to arranged the whole trip for her Birth Day to the best of her satisfaction. IT WAS FOR HER.
Vanessa transfered us to the reservation department where I learned I had to pay everything in FULL if I wanted to booked. We call her again to discussed the misunderstanding and resolve the issues. My GF respectfully explained my disappointment to her, since there was not way I was going to make the full payment right now after Vanessa had offered me a very different deal.
Vanessas reaction was out of place, inadequate, rude and very unprofessional. She responded with anger against my girlfriend. REALLY? Is this a sales agent?
I have clearly told her during the discussion that we werent rude or disrespectful to her. Her behaviour didnt change. We asked her about cancelling the service and refund the Deposit ($450 USD). She kept repeating that by her rational understanding of Financing, it was implicitly expected that everything had to be paid before traveling. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU OFFER AND DECEIVE A CLIENT WITH A SERVICE THAT DOESNT FALL IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF A CLIENT.
A few minutes after our very unacceptable conversation without a solution, I received a more upsetting call from Vanessa. She asked me if I was ALONE, that she didnt want to talk with my girlfriend, just with me. REALLY? That is very insulting after her first treatment toward us. She made me feel so stupid about falling in her trap to buy this package. She unmistakably indicated that she wanted to apologise so I didnt try to cancel the service. What an insulting call. I dont know if she though I didnt care about the way she treaty my partner. IMPOLITE!
LAST CALL:Owing to the very inadequate service that I received from you sales agent, Vanessa, there is not reasonable way I look forward to travel with you, or the hotels in questions. Specially not my girlfriend. And logically would demand to have my money back. I have called next day to cancel the package and I am told that my deposit will be lost. After all the hustle, rudeness, miscommunication and insufficient service they werent going to refund".
After i have sent this letter to them they reply back saying they will call back at the end of the day. They didnt. I call two days later, and their solutions: Choose between going to some random hotel not inclusive not anything else for what I have paid, or pay 200 more for something else or call my credit card company and get a refund from them. anyways. it was what it was.. what ever they.. want and pay more. I asked them to play my recordings with me, and showed them where they have lied. thye ask me to call them in 2 hrs to see if there is any other solution they can come up with. i told them there was only one TO REFUND MY MONEY!!
I f anyone know where can I take this complaint so they I can escalate this issue to a govermnet institution this way we can avoid this things happening to other people, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
THEY ARE A bunch of liars!!!!!!!
