I joined Premier's Islington Ave, Etobicoke On location in January 2011.  Upon signing up, I was given the option if I wanted the "gold membership" which meant I could go to any of the Premier's facilities.  I declined as the Islington location was the best one suited for my very busy lifestyle.  I paid full membership upon signing. 

To start, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a treadmill on the main gym floor OR in the womans section, which by the way only had 2.  It was beyond frustrating everytime I went there.  I would try different times and on occasion, I would get one.  OFTEN, they would break down and would never be fixed.  Nonetheless, I continued to work out 6 days a week with constant frustrations.  This location was not a clean place by any means.

In April 2011, I happen to see a "sheet-sized" paper notification on the front desk that they were MOVING TO THEIR NEW LOCATION.  I couldn't believe it.  No one had mentioned this to me on initial sign-up.  NOT ONCE.  Fine, what can I do!!  They were apparently moving at the end of April which lead into June and now July...They closed their doors on May 27th and was suppose to use the new gym located at Kipling in 2 weeks.  In the meantime, I was "honored" to be able to go to any other location free of charge to me!!  Can you imagine??  I thought, ok, it's only 2 weeks.  Well today is now June 24 and still no date to when this location is opeing up.  I have gone to several locations, all to which have taken me so long to get there.  The people that work at the locations are rude and belligerant as though to say "why are you coming here".  I went to Dixie which takes me close to an hour in rush hour. 

This is an unbelievable and unprofessional move by the company.  I can't believe they didn't have the decency to tell me their location that I initially signed up to join was closing in a mere 3 months....THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY and would deter anyone from even thinking about joining Premier Fitness.  Unfortunately, I have 7 more months of dealing with these people and will certainly go elsewhere when my membership is complete and CANCELLED
