Premier Home Center Scam artist.. trying to take you for all you have. Cookeville Tennessee
Hello everyone. if you are interested in buying a home in or around the cookeville area i would never suggest going to this place.
First off, the deal seams all to good to be true. of course as mother always said if it sounds to good to be true then it must be. My husband and I took our Tax check in to this place of business, we where going to buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. supposidly and "christmas special" nothing that i can see is wrong with the house other then the no phone jacks. but when i called to find out about the property he hadnt ever placed it ona property of my choice he had it planed for a property on mine lick creek..i wanted monterey!!! big difference. only about 38 mile difference:)
But the business end of the deal. here we go. we where told we had to fix our credit. and pay off some debts that where there. of course they recommended a lady by the name of katherine gregory out of knoxville. we paid this lady almost 2 grand. includung the debts we had on our credit report.
I then take care of the debts and the credit report comes back and it is fixed to the appropriate score. That day i recieved a call from another morgage company telling me that my score again had to be higher. after i was already promised the 1st score. and paid my 2 grand to fix it to begin with.
above all that i paid a $1,000.00 holding fee (so the contactor wouldnt up the price???)
when it came down to it i requested my money back. After the man told me i would recieve a check in the mail in 2-3 weeks, that i never recieved, i went back in. he handed me a check. but not for the full amount. these people are crooks and need to have there business investigated. If they have done it to me they will try it on anyone. OH and by the way the only reason i got a portion og my money back is because i had it in writing. so watch out for them they are a rip off!!!
