In june I was contacted by a premier 1 rep about a credit card offer for people who had a bankruptcy. I was assured and promissed it was a $3000.00 limit and not a pay as you go.

After not recieving the card but being billed $174.90 and also being billed and additional $59.00 by a I-Phone company thru the same promotion I called to get my refund. The I phone company returned my $59.00 within 2 days.

After 1 week of continual busy signals I got thru to Premier 1. I was issued an RA# and was told to send it to thier office and a refund would be posted within 14 days. They recieved it on the 10 of August VIA certified mail.

Two weeks later I called to find out why I had not recieved my refund. I was told there was a glitch in the paper work and was transfered to some escalations dept. Again I was promised the paperwork was resubmitted and I would recieve my refund in 14 days.

ANOTHER 2 weeks later still no refund. I called my bank and they are unwilling to help since it was an authorized transaction in the begining. Today I called again and after being on hold for 27 minutes exactly I finally spoke Rep#002. She was really nasty to me when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. Again she said it was turned over to escalations and I would recieve a refund in 14 days. She would not give me the telephone # to the escalations dept and hung up on me.

If there are more of you out there who are in the same boat a me with PREMIER 1 lets unite and get a class action suite going.
