Same unbelievable story as the others. Billing from PPC for $180.00, plus $71.64 on my local phone company bill for calls that were not made to the notorious United Kingdom number 44-207-335-8468! "Trojan horse dialer progam" loaded without my knowledge or approval and ruined the computer. After two weeks of wasted time trying to fix it with anti spyware, we had to totally wipe out the hard drive and start all over.

Called USBI five times before getting someone to agree to issue a credit of $71.64 on my phone bill (we'll see) and placed a block on all future calls. Called phone company and cancelled my phone service. Tried to contact PCC 10 times, busy signal. Clearly these companies are working the ripoff together. I am not paying these bills because the calls are fraudulent.

I am in the US Military and have served in over 26 different countries around the world over the past 30 years and have discovered that some of the worst kind of terrorists are the kind we're dealing with here. I've contacted the Office of Special Investigation and the Criminal Investigative Division about the issue. Have also contacted the Tennessee State Attorney Generals Office, the Tennessee Regulatory Authority, the Better Business Bureaus of Knoxville, TN, Ft Worth, TX, and Bedford, NH, filed reports with the FBI, FCC, FTC, National Fruad Hotline, and the US Postal Service (since they use the US Mail service).

Seems to me, that with all reports being filed on this web site alone, the victims of such a lavish ripoffof could certainly have enough people to file a class-action lawsuit against the company(s).

I have posted the FCC complaint form at www.utahsearch.com. I also have the FCC email address there. It's important that people actually file the complaint (even after 'debts' are 'forgiven'). In the complaint, make it clear that you did not agree to any download of software, etc. USBI, One Web, etc are very agressive in collecting, but back down almost immiately with the word FCC. It's very important to follow through... even after the debt is supposedly forgiven.

I contacted PPC via email through their web site with the following: To Whom it may concern: This is in response to an invoice I have received from your company for $180.00. I have tried to telephone you at the number provided, but there is no answer. As far as payment goes, I will not pay this amount that you say I allegedly owe. Through much research and investigation, I know that this is fraud, and a scam. Following the advice of my attorney, I have lodged a complaint with the USPS for mail fraud, the IFCC, FBI, FTC, the Tennessee Department of Justice, the New Hampshire Department of Justice, the Texas Department of Justice, the FCC, the Attorney General, and all three credit reporting agencies. If this is turned over to a collection agency, and my credit is in any way damaged because of this fraud, your company will be sued for damages. I expect full credit to my account promptly. I also expect that if I cannot get the charges of $71.64 cleared on my phone bill from USBI, that you will be responsible for those charges also. I am further demanding that you place a block on my line from any further charges being assessed by your company. This was their standard reply: This is your confirmation email confirming that your inquiry has been processed, and that a customer representative will be contacting you within the next 24 hours. Your ticket number is (number omitted), please keep this number handy as it will assist in making sure that your inquiry is handled in the quickest and most efficient manner. Thank you for using Premier Premium Communications. Regards, Customer Service Premier Premium Communications A few hours later I received this reply from George at PCC: Dear Customer, I have issued you credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. I do apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Regards, George Premier Premium Communications I doubt seriously that this is the end. I will continue to work this issues with the authorities.
