Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After receiving my bill on November 13, 2004, I contacted BBB in Forth Worth TX. I also filed a complaint with FCC, FTC, FBI, USPS, and the Attorney General of Ohio. I also contacted 19 Action News and had them run a story to warn people that this scam is going on and NOT to pay any bills. I will have so many federal and state agencies up the butt of this company, they won't want to go to their PO Box to pick up any money!!

The strange thing about the bill I received was that the phone number that they said I used was an old phone number that I had in another state. That phone number was disconnected and taken out of my name more than 3 years ago!!

My bill was only for $60.00, but I know a lot of people out there have gotten bills for much more. I WILL NOT pay a dime to them, a collection agency, or an attorney. I wasn't going to contact them at all because I didn't want to give them any more information about me, but I think I will just to let them know that I'm going to SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

Check out the Manchester Union Leader online version for November 18, 2004. Write-up about this fraudulent company and how the Attorney General's office has only received one complaint. You may want to contact NH Attorney General's office to light a fire under their butts to get them moving.

BE WARNED ALL! THE BBB IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. They will rat you out first thing!

Kris, It is unfortunate that you were ratted out by an agency you looked to for help. That is SOP for the BBB. The first step in resolving any complaint sent to them is to immediately send copies to the scammer that has already harmed you! Gee thanks, huh? As for this Premier Premium company, they are changing names quite often. Not long ago they were One Web Direct Bill and before that National One Telecomm. That keeps them ahead of the FTC who counts numbers of complaints before taking action. Doing this turns them into a sort of "moving target". Just include ALL the names in your complaints "Premiere Premium formerly One Web Direct Bill formerly National One Telecomm". It is still the same two or three guys sitting in some dark room in Bedford trying to figure out how to rip people off via their phone bills and computer systems. It is Alyon's BS all over again. Many people have reported that the bills they received were from phone numbers they have not had in ages....sounds to me like these guys sit around billing from old phone books they pick up at the dump or something. How can your defunct phone number be dialing anywhere? We are all sick of it. It is as bad as entering your home and stealing as far as I am concerned. You bought your computer, you pay for your phone lines, and these jerks intrude on your property and then have the gall to bill you for that intrusion. I am not sure exactly how their dialer works but I suspect it is another code weakness in IE. You might avoid this in the future by dumping IE and using Mozilla Firefox (free) or any other alternative for browsing. Also get Spyware Blaster, a free download that blocks them out. Much easier than trying to get rid of them after the fact. Good luck.

Hi Kris, Thank you for contactin 19 action news, Scott Taylor to run a story on this. I did not see your story but heard about it from a family member. I too contacted him, and that is how I heard about this website. I received a bill early last week for $224.50 from Premier and $411 from SBC/ATT. I agree with you and will not pay a dime either. Any assistance that you could give on this would be greatly appreciate. Please let me know where to contact the FCC and FTC as I would like to contact them also. I think the more publicity on this the better it will be for us. Please keep me updated on your situation. Thanks.

I emailed these idiots because the BBB went ahead and forwarded all the information I was trying to keep from them. What a help they are!!!

Anyway, PPC will not respond to me. They can bill as many times as they want, but you can only issue one email to them about disputing their charges. DON'T SEND THEM MONEY!! Please contact your Attorney General and the IFCCFBI. They will get the class action lawsuit started if there is going to be one. The more complaints they get, the more interest they will take in shutting this business down. I believe this "company" is a one man operation right across the border of Canada. That's how they get away with this. Don't worry about the threats of collection. Believe me, the last thing they or he wants to do is go to court!!!!
