Premier Premium Communications - National One - One Web Direct Bill ripoff Read This Fort Worth, Texas and Bedford, New Hampshire
OK so here is what I have done so far. I have Filed Complaints with the USPS for Mail Fraud, FTC, and the FBI. I have called the San Jose Mercury News and they want to pick up the story about these morons. If there is a class action lawsuit about these companies (National One, One Web Direct Bill, and Premier Premium Communications) I want to be part of it.
The name of the dialer virus that they implanted on my computer was dl11.exe. If you can't find a virus try looking for something like that. You can't stop this virus from calling out by just blocking long distance calls. You have to put a toll-restriction on your line which means that you can't dial any long distance even if its another area code. It sucks but you have to do it (That's the only way I have found). And BTW when someone from these companies comes on and says that they are going to credit your account they are not doing it. Most of the time the origional poster never gives their invoice number so how is the company going to credit the account...?
There also is no real point in calling the company either. They either never pick up the phone or are so rude and unhelpful that you end up wanting to punch a wall.
