Premier Property Management Premier Properties Management RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Baltimore, Maryland
When I first moved into one of this company's properties, things took a turn for the worse immediately. The owner had me give a large portion of my deposit to a fraudulent property management company (Signature Group LLC), that conveniently went out of business, after they took my $500.00 with them !
But that's just the beginning of my nightmare... my neighbors were very ignorant and repeatedly opened and stole my mail, tampered and broken my property and even tried to enter my property, while I was home ! I have made many complaints, but they were completely ignored. I was simply told that the matter would be noted. What good was that going to do me??!!
And yet, there's more....I have had to constantly call for a leaking ceiling (for almost a year) and suffer from being in my cold apt, because the neighbors, kept tampering with my furnace and I would have to wait days for them to temporarily fix the issue !
Please Do Not rent from this company.
