My husband and I sat through a 90 minute seminar on Novemeber 8, 2011 and we received 4 vouchers; 2 For Free Air and 2 for a Free Cruise of our choice. We followed each every step and sent all the deposits as required. I started contacting Premium Incentives because it was getting closer to our April 2013 Cruise. I was told by Premium Incentives "You are Good" no problems with your date and you will be hearing from us within 45 days. Well we did!
We have paid for our pre-cruise hotel and our airfare last year and yes we received an email from Premium incentive last week March 6, 2013 stating they are Unable to fulfill their obligation and that we can request a refund for our deposit to Premium Incetives or we can try for a later date. Premium Incentives is a fake and they did not live up to their end of the agreement. I have reported them to the BBB and not to Ripoff and Premium Incentives is a Ripoff and the company that is sponsoring them are Ripoff as well.
