Premium Parking placed boot on car despite having paid for parking, and attendant acknowledged I paid for parking. Mobile Alabama
Premium Parking in Mobile, AL on Joachim Street across from The Steeple placed a boot on my car even though I paid for parking, and the attendant acknowldged I paid for parking. Refused to take boot off until paid $90. It was a wrongful repossession. Extortion. Criminal.
There were two other cars that had paid for parking using the app and they charged them $90 despite having paid for parking on the app. There is a pattern and practice that is wrongful and criminal.
