My funding fell apart and Premium Service Brands kept my franchise fee down payment ($15,000). When confronted with giving my money back they said "we've had too many sunk costs into training you and bringing you onboard!".
The only sunk costs they had were paying for my dinners (2 in total; maybe $150), a flight (roughly $400), and training ($1,500; PSB gave me this number). So, where is the rest of my $13,050? Into Paul Flick and David Brands pockets. These guys are snakes!! Stay away!

For the sake of transparency and context, I negotiated with Premium Service Brands and Premium Service Brands agreed to rescind my franchise agreement in exchange for my agreement for them to retain my original deposit; meaning that they released me from my franchise contract and the additional payments I agreed to make under their own goodwill.
They were not obliged to do so and this matter between Premium Service Brands, 360 Painting, LLC, and myself has been resolved at my original request and to my satisfaction.
