Yesterday morning I received an email from a group with a link for a "special" that premiumcoffeeclub.com was running where you got two 12 oz. bags of coffee, a mug and a coffee maker for just paying the shipping of $3.95. I thought this was a great deal, so I filled out the information and got to the page for credit card info and thought...$3.95 isn't that much, so why not.

After credit card info was entered I got to the confirmation page where the "fine print" with all the details were listed. It turns out that it's a three month minimum "club" where you get monthly shipments for $19.95 plus shipping. I didn't want to commit to that, so I emailed them immediatly asking them to cancel my order.

I got a generic email back stating it was "low priority" and would be contacted eventually. I got an email today saying it had already been shipped and another from a "Neil" saying he had tried calling me all day yesterday, which is a lie! I not only have an answering maching with caller ID but also have the same on my computer and I got absolutely no calls all day or night from anyone!

I told them I would not accept the shipment and to cancel it asap and that I would contact the proper authorities if necessary. I sent an email to my Indiana Attorney General today and am waiting for a response. Anyone who happens to see this advertisement or anything about this company, steer clear.

I also found out that it said it was a secure website, but their secure pass had been pulled awhile ago so who knows where my credit card info went.
