I was similarly victimized by this company & I have also filed a report here.
I have to say they put on a pretty good show. They took $2,598.00 from me & never called back or answered any phone calls or emails from me once they had my money.
They guaranteed me a government mandated loan modification if my family met the criteria. They pretended to review my paperwork & made copies of it which they sent back to me. That was the extent of their services.
I will be pursuing recovery by any means that is available.

You were smart enough to create a fake company but not even smart enough to use a fake name or email. Your rebuttals in response only come from the owner. By the way, the that is not what a loan mod approval looks like. You've propbably yet to even see one. I've seen a PNC loan mod approval.

Hi, I am a consumer and just want to the record straight. I received great help from this company and just wanted to show proof positive that they are completely legit and helped me and my family save our home. We were in foreclosure facing a sale date. Thanks to Prepare Our Documents we were able to get out of foreclosure, all our late fees were forgiven, all the arrearages were tacked on to the back of our loan to bring us current and we also got a principle reduction. I have attached our APPROVED LOAN MODIFICATION for you to see for yourself. ANYONE, can come on this sight and write whatever they want at any time. So I just say people who read these reviews beware of what you read. Make you own concious decision. I trusted this company and they saved me and my family form being homeless.

Our law office is in a brick and mortar building. You are located at a UPS Store. I have verified the address that you gave with the UPS Store itself. You only have a PO Box with them. The stores website even states "GET REAL and discover the benefits of mailbox services at The UPS Store: A real street address, not a P.O. Box number- providing a more professional image for your business," I took that right off of their website. Like I said we have a real address. Our clients come in and sit down in person with us. We always explain that there is never any guarantee that the modification will be approved. The modification is completely up to the lender. The lender does not have to give anyone a modification. Our office has a 98% approval rate and most of them have been done with no charge. We can give out names and phone numbers of not only satisfied, but over joyed clients. Yes, there are many liar attorneys out there who are doing the same thing that you are, preying upon desperate people who want to keep their home. Sorry Lauren, we are legit unlike you. All people have to do is Google your phone number 888-254-5408, click on the first post and see for themselves. If you want to battle on Ripoff Report, bring it on SCAMMER! You are just miffed that you didn't get $3,500 out of our client. He brought your paperwork over for our review and we exposed you to him right over the internet. 1st Choice Document Preparation in Wilmington, DE is also part of your SCAM. You give people guarantees and promise refunds, well you don't do either. A company/person is only as good as their word. Remember the proof is in the pudding! Don't worry, for just $295 you can start up under a whole new name with a different looking website. Sleep Tight!

So I ask the "owner" who responded - if you are so secure in your abilities and your company, why does the company not come up under any of the usual corporate searches and/or phone and address searches? It seems to me that you have something to hide. If your allegations of all that you can do for a homeowner are really true why aren't you shouting it from the rooftops? There are millions of people with the impending doom of mortgage foreclosure hanging over their heads and if you were so successful I would think you would advertise and/or contact people in a less 'shady' fashion. Not to mention that the entire payment amount is required upfront and I did not see any money back guarantee if the loan modification or reduction in interest is not approved by the particular lending institution. I think it's sad how people take advantage of those facing a difficult problem.

Unfortunately we all know how the saying goes lawyers are liars. This is prime example of that. This "legal assistant" filing this complaint has no recourse or proof that we are a scam. We did not take any money from HIS client. The only one who took money from this potential client of ours was this attorney John Carter Morgan Jr. and has done nothing for him which is why the potential client had called us for assistance. We are only here to help homeowners stay in their homes when the banks refuse to help. And yes please do you due diligence in regards to the NPV because without passing the NPV you will not get a loan modification. You could hire 10 attorneys and still end up with the same result...NO LOAN MODIFICATION....and you will be out thousands of dollars from paying the attorney fees for absolutely no results. So please before hiring any attorney to assist you in a loan modification ask him/her if he/she can provide you a with copy of the NPV test results. You will find his answer to be no, because they do not have access to it, which we do. Please note this complaint which was filed by a "legal assistant" who was only upset because his client found out we can do what the attorney can't!!!!
