Ref: 3063316600034 VOIP Survey [12, NORTHPORT, NY] (ID: 2413216271) 3063316600034 VOIP Survey [3, Medford, NY] (ID: 5542089570) On 10/12/2016, I made a counter offer for a job $75 per hour, 4 hours minimum, a total of $300 on each site in Work Market Independent Contractor Website. I spoke to Rob Brennan, Presidio Project Manager at (212) 324-4351 and he advised me to talk to Jim Lee, Presidio Project Coordinator. During the phone conversation, Jim Lee negotiated this counter offer to $260 in Work Market on each site in NY and asked me to rush to this site within an hour. I completed the following sites by 6 pm on the same day. NY State Assembly DO 12 75 WOODBINE AVE 2ND FL NORTHPORT, NY 11768 NY State Assembly DO 3 1735-A N OCEAN AVE Medford, NY 11763 On 10/14/2016, Lani Ayala, Presidio Project Assistant added a label on Completed Assignment in Work Market. On 10/19/2016, I received a phone call from Presidio employee and she advised me to close these assignments for payment approval a total of $520. Everyday, he made some excuses and advised me to do site documents in different ways. As I documented site surveys in his ways, he still can't able to release the payments in Work Market. For the past two weeks, I have been contacting Rob Brennan, Presidio Project Manager by phone & email, and he never responded positively on these assignments in Work Market. I also spoke to Work Market and they sent several messages through their portal. Finally, they advised me to take legal action on these payments. Please advise me. Sam.
