Pressa Bella Steam Iron ordered & paid for in Jan 08. Item never received. New York New York
I ordered a steam iron from an infomercial in January 08 and after numerous calls, they have not sent it. I asked them for a refund and to cancel my order. They said in order to get a refund, I would have to receive the iron, then send it back to get them to send a credit to my Master Card account.
