We would like to work with you if you are truly this unhappy. It was our impression the situation was resolved as you followed through with cancelling your processing services. You can call our business office at (866) 717-5499 to discuss your account.

prestige sales reps will say anything to get you to sign there non cancellable contract, i guess it doesn't matter that they had no intentions of holding up there end of the contract, they got my signiture. and i sent back there equipment because i have no need to keep it hear to remind me of what a RIPOFF the whole experiance was, but i will continue to pass on my discontent with what a ripoff prestige is!!! to everyone who will listen !!!!!
when you hear the words non cancellable contract, RUN because it only means you have hold up your end of the contract, not them. they have no responsability to hold up there end of the contract. and you will get screwed just like i have !
word to the wise. prestige is out for your money and thats all they want, doesn't matter how they get it !!!!!

The merchant in question signed for a $127 non-cancellable lease for 48 months, $228 per month is not correct. The merchant signed various documents showing his correct lease amount. If there was a question about the lease amount we were never asked. The merchant did however express his discontent at the equipment not being compatible with his QuickBooks software.
We apologized for any miscommunication and got him to our company's sales manager to resolve the issue. The merchant was presented a few options to try and resolve the issue but on 8/1/2012 we were told by the sales manager the merchant still wanted to cancel service with us. He instructed us to close the processing portion of the contract as the merchant had requested.
The merchant was advised that as he did sign a non-cancellable lease he would need to retain the equipment until his 48 months was up so he could return it without penalty. His processing account was closed by First Data on 8/2/2012. If the merchant would like to continue to work on a resolution we are more than willing. It was our impression that this issue was resolved, until seeing this complaint.
