PRICE SEPTIC TANK SERVICE I PAID TO HAVE MY SEPTIC TANK PUMPED BUT I WAS CRAPPED ON BY THIS COMPANY MARYVILLE Tennessee
I paid Price Septic to pump my septic tank In Feburary of last year. I was not home when the arrived and trusted that they had done the work . My wife and I noticed that the only trace of work done was a little flag in the yard and a spot in the grass that looked like it had been cut. I have been having problems and nothing changed. I had another local company come out and confirmed that I had drain field problems. He told me how to get the septic tank covers off to inspect the tank myself.
I dug 27 cubic feet of dirt to get to each end of the tank, totally tearing up my yard, but I realized that it had never been pumped. The other company came back to repair the field lines and pump the tank and confirmed the tank had over 3 feet of sludge in it and had probably not been pumped in at least 5 years.
I called Price Septic and they told me they were experts in putting the yard back to the way it was. I realized the yard can look perfect if you don't dig it up.
I requested to speak to the owner but he will not return my calls.
Here's the bottom line: I wasnt there to watch the work and I got crapped on instead of getting my crap pumped.
