Had booked a flight to San Diego from Detroit on the 5 Jan '07 to the 10th Jan '07. Well you know how plans go wirey. So after outprocessing at my unit and going to court the following monday. I found out a tenant in my property was "indesposed/jail", and my parents are going through a foreclosure. Rescheduling of the court case ect. Called price line and they gave the speil of no changes, violation of FDC or FTC code. Checked with the airline United and they were fine witht the changes just pay $100. Called priceline back as in the terms and conditions there can be exceptions. Well its at their discretion. Guess what? if they can't keep the stipulation they cannot sell you further flight tickets. As the changes can be made and the airlines have no problem with it just priceline. Dont try to speak to a supervisor they are only available for "admistrative" purposes

Did you have a Name Your Own Price reservation? If you named your own price, then you agreed prior to purchasing the reservation that you would not be entitled to make any changes or cancellations. If you selected a flight from a list of the retail reservations, then you could have changed it through Priceline's air travel services department. Like going through the airline, there are fees, but it could have been changed.
