Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I believe the reports, to date, adequately represent the same thing that has happened to me. However, I wanted to add that it appears this company may be located in Thousand Oaks, California. In that case, the California Attorney Generals Office can take action if enough complaints are filed on their website (ag.ca.gov) so they know that this deception exists. I can see that many of the complaints are from outside of California. You can still file on the State of California Attorney General website. They can take it from there and may contact the FTC since the complaints come from outside California. In addition, please also file with your own state's attorney general. The more action, the sooner this company can be shut down and bank accounts seized.

You can get a full refund

#2Consumer Suggestion

Call them.  Say you will go to your bank and dispute the charge.  They will offer bids or a refund that is not a full refund.;  Say no thank you I will go to my bank or credit card comp.

Tell them you have screen shot of the page (the price was not there)  If they ask you to send it in say no.  If you want I can email you the screen shots.

I got a full refund in one day.  I spoke to Eli.

I had used half my bids.  Then when you get a refund report to FTC.

This is a scam.

I got my money back, hope you can get yours.  If you do this you will 100%

PASS IT ON.

Dear , Ms ____

You purchased a 300 bid pack in the amount of $149.75 when you registered on our site, entered your credit card information and checked the box agreeing to our terms and conditions.  Please note, the charge for this bid pack is clearly stated on our payment page in addition to in our terms and conditions, which you must agree to prior to completing the purchase.

You can review the payment page and refund policy by clicking here (please note, you must be logged in):
http://www.priceshuffle.com/membership_payment.php

After reviewing your account, we see that you have already used 43 bids on multiple auctions.  If a complaint is filed, based upon your usage of the site and the bidding that has been done on multiple items, we will respond to the complaint with this information.

Your financial institution will not rule favorably when this information is presented to them so we would advise you against doing a dispute as once a complaint has been filed, we are not allowed to process any further refunds

Alternatively, what we can do for you is provide you with a refund of $75.75, and in addition I will provide you with a 100 bid bonus pack, a $50 value. This will give you a much better opportunity to participate in our amazing product auctions!
Please inform us of your decision so we can issue your refund and add your free bids today.

As a courtesy offer to our customers, we do have a winning guarantee, whereas if you use all your initial 300 bids, and do not win an item, we will credit you with a bonus 300 bids. We guarantee you will win.

We have many auctions ending soon and we ship out a variety of products daily. Our customers win brand new consistently at a savings of 70-90%!

Dear Joey Anderson,

I am not filing a dispute with my bank. I like many, many others have filed a complaint with our respective state's attorney general's office. I surmise that since this is across state lines, the various attorney general's offices will collaborate and involve the FTC who will move to close down your auction, seize your accounts simultaneously filing suit against the owners, principals of the company.

My suggestion to you is to refund the monies in total. Therefore, when these authorities come knocking at your door you can show them just how honorable PriceShuffle is, as it has refunded the sums due.

Sincerely,
