We are sorry that Mr. Ladner is unhappy with the product that he ordered from us. We checked the website in question and it is working fine. The website address must be entered exactly as it appears. Although Mr. Ladner never returned the product for a refund, we have, in the interest of good business, voluntarily issued a full $32 credit to his Mastercard, and we sincerely regret the fact that the product did not meet his expectations.
