Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was duped so please learn from my mistake!

On Friday May 24th I was approached by a gal from the Preimer Dead Sea kiosk who offered me a lotion sample, she then asked me about my skin routine etc. and  asked if I had a few minutes for a consult. I was impressed with the exfoliant she used on my skin and it did fade some redness. So she said she could give me a special discount for the product plus a free facial at the upstairs salon. I took the bait.

She led me upstairs to the so called spa, so instead of getting the $185 valued free facial, I just got another layer of a "lifting cream" applied to my face for a few minutes and then it was taken off with cotton balls. So then the sales person trys to tell me I need these creams in addition to what I just spent downstairs. I got the whole "we are from Israel" spiel too. I told him I did not have the money and already spent almost $200 downstairs. He then proceeds to get his manager and says that they can secretly give me a good deal as long as I tell my friends about their product and send them their way. Again I told them I was maxed out on what I spent downstairs, I also asked where my free facial was and they looked puzzled.

So I spent the rest of the day at The Mall of America with a buyers remorse, The Ya and Ya spa does not offer refunds for the unopned product, just exchanges. Of course the whole ordeal was nagging at me so when I got home later that night, I looked these people up online and discovered I could have purchased the skin care set for a fraction of the cost from Amazon! I literally felt sick to my stomach.

Never again will I be polite and take time to hear spiels from these kiosk workers, I will run as fast as I can!

Ok so I was at Mall of America purchasing an iron at this shop named ya&ya hollwood hair and the guy told me that I would get a free facial because of my purchase and he took to me to another store named ya&ya beauty and left me with another sales woman who was given me free samples of skin products

the woman pressured me to buy the product she stated that the product cost $250.00 and then right when I was going to pay she Ashe said she was going to through in another product for only 29 dollars but got charged with $  300.00 . I looked for the reviews online and saw that the product is only like 22 dollars I you can purchase them online on amazon for that priced and as I saw the Reviews I learned that that alot of other people Thad the same thing happen to them.

They get dragged into a store in some mall where they talk you down to buy the product named Gratiae Replenishing  and get charged alot of money. I take responsibilty for letting someone just ripp me off like that but these people take advantage of us who are polite and dont like to be rude and they overprice this product 280.00 more than what it's worth! And they don't accept returns either! I hope someone stops these people

they are scamming so many people out there and I think all these  stores are connected even they go by a different name but they sell the same product and scam people the same way and they say they are all israelites but they are white americans and some look nothing like that. Not racist just something is just fishy because everyone I have heard stories from tell me  the exact same thing .  So I does something about about this because I could really use that money!    Maria j L (((email redacted)))
